How do I apply to be a vendor/sponsor/performer/painter/ect. at Spread The Word Music Festival?

Where is the best place to park?

Cervantes Masterpiece: Street parking and nearby approved parking lots.

Denver Coliseum: Plenty of parking available. Carpooling is encouraged. Denver Coliseum charges $10 per car admitted into the parking lot.

Levitt Pavilion: Ruby Hill Park has several internal parking lots available to Levitt Pavilion concertgoers.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages! Kids under 10 get free admission on Saturday May 18th and Sunday May 19th.

Is there re-entry?

Yes. Re-entry is allowed before 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

What will be available at the festival?

Food, vendors, beer/liquor, water, restrooms, festival merchandise, medical & security services, TONS of live music and much more.

What can I bring to the festival?

Chairs, blankets, clear bags, empty water bottle, empty hydration backpack, phone charger, ect.

What am I prohibited from bringing?

Glass, weapons of any kind, drugs/alcohol, pets, fireworks, lazer pointers, and any other potentially hazardous objects.

Do you have any connections for lodging?

Discounted lodging with Quality Inn & Suites (Stapleton). Mention “Spread The Word” for $87 double hotel rooms with breakfast.
